Shane Kirk > This beautiful area is only 10 minutes from my home. I go there often to shoot sunsets and watch the huge trophy white-tail deer. The owner usually grows soy-beans but this year he let the wild flowers take over the field. This is the same property I have shot the owl photo's from my bird gallery.

Shane Kirk > Taken in Cameron, Missouri on June 27th, 2008.What a fun storm to watch develope.We drove up north just in time to see this before sunset. I was with my Dad and brother and it was fun to have someone else with me to yell with excitement as this developed! Strange? YES!
Shane Kirk > Taken August 23rd,2008 in St.Joseph, Missouri. I took this shot from under a bridge because the rains were too heavy. The strikes got way too close and I left soon after this shot.
Shane Kirk > This Red-tail hawk is one of three that hang around some office buildings near my home.They will swoop down and catch squirels,chipmunks and rabbits.I hang around so much they will get within 10-15 feet from me!
Shane Kirk > This barn is 15 mintues south of where I live. I frequent this spot to shoot the barn in various weather conditions. Especially at sunset. This was taken on February 4th,2008.
